SECRET SPRINGS RESORT
- Secret Springs Resort is a clothing-optional Private club under the California State Laws.
- Single ladies are highly respected in the Secret Springs Resort Community. Stalking or harassment of single ladies is never permitted and, if excessive, can result in temporary or permanent suspension of a couple's membership.
- Secret Springs Resort does not release a guest's private information to other guests; nor does Secret Springs Resort sell guest information. To contact a Secret Springs Resort guest, you will need to ask the guest directly at a Secret Springs Resort party.
- Couples should arrive and depart the event together.
- Whether you are a man or a woman, please ask for the consent of others before intracting with others.
- Please respect the Secret Springs Resort venue at all times by keeping it clean and picking up after yourself. If you have an accident, please clean it up, and/or notify staff to help you.
- All guests should respect the dignity of others. No rude conduct toward guests or staff will be permitted.
- Please do not invade the personal space of others. If there is a doubt, please ask them if they would like your company.
- Please keep your voice down outside and respect the neighborhood.
- Secret Springs Resort has a no-tolerance policy for drugs or prostitution.
- No cameras, cell phone cameras or recording devices are permitted for use.
- Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave the party area or will be denied entrance.
- Promoting competing events or services (paid or free) at Secret Springs Resort or on the Secret Springs Resort network may result in membership suspension. In particular, any parties advertised on the same weekend as a Secret Springs Resort will result in immediate account review.
- You agree to indeminify and hold the club, its management, staff, agents and venues, harmless of any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to the same) made by yourself or a third party, for any loss, damage, injury or harm suffered by them or their property howsoever caused.
